THE ASSOCIATION For Community Living PROGRAM DIRECTOR - HUMAN SERVICES Experience with case management, supervision of social workers & nurses, scheduling of professional staff & managing budgets.
Must participate in long term planning of program development, act as a liaison with business contacts/funding agencies (DDS, DCF & AFC) and other providers on behalf of our clients.
Master's Degree strongly preferred with more than 5 yrs.

SOCIAL WORKER - MANAGER II Work with various funding agencies such as DCF, DDS and AFC.
Coordinate & monitor delivery of services.
Must have broad knowledge of a discipline such as social sciences, human services, and business administration.
Bachelor's degree required, social work license eligible.
Over 3 years and up to 5 years of progressive learning experience.
Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
