Production Supervisor
Position
Summary:
We're looking for a strong Production Supervisor to join a manufacturing company in the Greenfield area. This is a temporary position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervising 15-20 production associates
Coordinating scheduling activities to ensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished
Coordinating production schedules and managing the value stream
Developing training plans and supervising team member development
Ensuring operations comply with safety regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or related field experience required
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
Practical understanding of Lean business practices and how to lead in a continuous improvement environment
Positive, energetic attitude
Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
