Outside Sales Representative


Applied Dynamics is a rapidly growing electrical mechanical apparatus sales and service company seeking a passionate, motivated, entrepreneurial person to join our team as an outside salesperson. This position is full-time and requires travel by car daily. You will be traveling all over Western New England and will be visiting established accounts as well as developing relationships with new customers. We are looking for an individual who has enthusiasm and aptitude to learn and apply new skills and knowledge to help us maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and to help continue to grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with existing customers to increase sales.
- Locate and secure new key accounts throughout the region.
- Own the role, show initiative and create standards for others to follow
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral). .
- Must be organized and self-motivated with a passion for selling. You will be on the road every day visiting accounts and acquiring new ones.
- Willingness to travel 80-90% of the time in the car.
- Outgoing, likable personality.
- Ability to work on a team and individually.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
- Ability to use standard features of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Must have knowledge of AC/DC motors, drives, pumps, hoist & cranes, etc.
- Be professional and courteous at all times.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
