Argotec is a leading manufacturer of high performance thermoplastic film and sheet. We are seeking a full time Director of Customer Service to join our growing organization.
Duties will include managing the overall activities, procedures/policies and personnel of the customer service-in side sales function. Additional responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, facilitate demand forecasts, oversee customer issues, and developing and monitoring customer service metrics.
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience in customer service. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet software; Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
