The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, daily bank deposits, opening and distributing mail, entry of all AP invoices in accounting software, generate weekly check runs, and processing of weekly payroll.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Process customer payments.
Receiving, applying, and depositing all payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer payments and accounts receivable.
Analyze customer accounts and identify discrepancies.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable status.
Provide customer service support to customers with account inquiries.
Open and distribute daily mail Process AP invoices and generate weekly check runs Reconcile vendor statements.
Filing of both accounts receivable and accounts payable paperwork Serve as the backup for processing of weekly payroll Job Type:
